Rural communities throughout Indiana struggle to find enough leaders to step up, get involved, and help create more vibrant communities. Confident, skilled and knowledgeable leaders are needed to guide organizations and communities through challenges they face in today’s changing environment.
For over 20 years, Leadership Spencer County has identified and grown leaders to help address this need. That tradition continues in 2020 as Leadership Spencer County seeks applicants interested in building personal leadership skills as well as increasing knowledge and appreciation of the local community.
