Welch, Jr., pled guilty to cruelty to an animal, class A misdemeanor; possession of methamphetamine, level 6 felony; and possession of paraphernalia, class C misdemeanor; sentenced to 1,095 days in Spencer County Law Enforcement Center, with credit for time served, remaining time suspended to 904 days supervised probation, shall not possess or consume alcohol or controlled substances, submit to random alcohol/drug screenings, undergo evaluation through Southern Hills and comply with all treatment recommendations, attend Victim Impact Session, pay fines and costs.

Rodney A. Dukes, pled guilty to two counts of driving while suspended, class A misdemeanors; domestic battery resulting in moderate bodily injury, level 6 felony; and intimidation, level 6 felony; sentenced to 730 days in SCLEC for domestic battery, 365 days for intimidation, 180 days for first count of driving while suspended and 184 days for second count of driving while suspended, to run consecutively, shall not use or possess alcohol or controlled substances, submit to random alcohol/drug screenings, undergo evaluation through Southern Hills and comply with all treatment recommendations, pay fines and costs.
