Tyler Watts, pled guilty to driving while suspended, class A misdemeanor; sentenced to 180 days in Spencer County Law Enforcement Center (SCLEC), all suspended to 180 days non-reporting probation, driver’s license suspended 90 days, pay fines and costs.

Rachel Young, pled guilty to operating a vehicle with an ACE of 0.08 or more, class C misdemeanor; sentenced to 60 days in SCLEC, with six days executed and remaining time suspended to 359 days reporting probation, shall not possess or consume alcohol or controlled substances, submit to and pass random alcohol/drug screens, attend victim’s impact panel session, driver’s license suspended 90 days, pay fines and costs.

Trevor S. Osborne, pled guilty to operating a vehicle with a schedule I or II controlled substance or its metabolite in the body, class C misdemeanor; sentenced to 60 days in SCLEC, with 16 days executed and remaining time suspended to 349 days reporting probation, shall not possess or consume alcohol or controlled substances, submit to and pass random alcohol/drug screens, attend victim’s impact panel session, driver’s license suspended 60 days, pay fines and costs.

Coleby Lee Cline, pled guilty to violating probation terms; sentenced to two days in SCLEC.

James R. Dumas, pled guilty to violating probation terms; sentenced to 210 days in SCLEC.

Ethan T. Edwards, pled guilty to two counts of violating probation, both level 6 felonies, and possession of a controlled substance, class A misdemeanor; sentenced to a total of three years and 208 days, with 298 days served and remaining two years, 275 days to be stayed, with defendant placed in post-conviction forensic diversion program, enroll in and reside at The Way of Rockport, submit to and pass random alcohol/drug screens, comply with all treatment recommendations, pay fines and costs.
