Smith, pled guilty to two counts of violating probation; unlawful possession or use of a legend drug, level 6 felony; and operating a vehicle with an ACE of 0.08 or more, class C misdemeanor; sentenced to 1,275 days in IDOC, with 90 days to be executed at SCLEC and remaining 1,185 days suspended to supervised probation, enroll in and complete residential program at NOW Counseling, shall not use or possess alcohol or controlled substances, submit to random alcohol/drug screenings, undergo substance abuse / mental health evaluation and comply with all treatment recommendations, obtain high school diploma or its equivalency, pay fines and costs.
