Jason E. McCormick, pled guilty to two counts of criminal recklessness and one count of disorderly conduct, all class B misdemeanors; sentenced to 180 days in SCLEC, with 10 days executed and remaining time suspended to 545 days reporting probation and 180 days non-reporting probation, shall not possess or consume alcohol or controlled substances, undergo evaluation through Southern Hills and comply with all treatment recommendations, pay fines and costs.

Robbin A. Cronin, order on probation violation; defendant’s probation extended for a period of six months.

Cassie J.
