Michael R. Hiser, pled guilty to public intoxication, class B misdemeanor; sentenced to 14 days in DCSC, with credit for time served, shall not trespass at Hopf Equipment, pay fines and costs.

Corey J. Turpin, pled guilty to possession of methamphetamine (count 1) and unlawful possession of a syringe (count 2), both level 6 felonies; sentenced to 540 days in IDOC in each count, to run concurrently, remaining time to serve on 240 days work release, pay fines and costs; also pled guilty to theft with a prior conviction, level 6 felony; sentenced to 540 days in IDOC, with credit for time served, no contact with victim and pay $310 in restitution to same, pay fines and costs.

Amy L. King, pled guilty to attempted obstruction of justice (count 1), level 6 felony, and possession of marijuana (count 2), class A misdemeanor; sentenced to 540 days in DCSC in count 1 and 365 days in count 2, to run concurrently and with credit for one day served, leaving 240 days to serve on home detention with GPS monitoring and remaining 300 days suspended to supervised probation to be transferred to Delaware County, undergo drug/alcohol assessment and comply with all treatment recommendations, shall not possess or consume alcohol or controlled substances, submit to and pass random alcohol/drug screenings, pay fines and costs.

Daniel L. Moore, pled guilty to possession of methamphetamine, level 5 felony; sentenced to three years and 182 days in IDOC, participate in IDOC Purposeful Incarceration Program (after which court will consider sentence modification), pay fines and costs.

Douglas E.
