Running for Riley (kind of like the Run for the Roses but with humans and a great cause!)

Runners (and walkers) receive final directions before beginning their trek from Rockport City Park onto city streets (following the regular parade route) and back into the park.
Todd Stoermer, an educator and recently retired South Spencer High School track coach, led the pack — of walkers!
Laynee Wells, who is 10-years-old, was the first girl to cross the finish line. She received another splash of color for her effort.
The first (and only) dog who crossed the finish line with his pals.
Finishing first (by a nose) was 17-year-old Michael Donoho (right), who was runing neck-and-neck with 16-year-old Landon Wells.
Todd and Janet Stoermer are the first walkers to cross the finish line.
Roger Burch, age 53, was the first over-50 finisher.
