Four people were arrested on drug charges last week, according to the Spencer County Sheriff’s Department.
At approximately 11 a.m. last Thursday, March 25, Deputy Zach Polster, along with Deputies Anderson, Williams and Naylor, arrived at 8404 W Old State Road 66 located in Hatfield for an investigation. While conducting the investigation, Deputy Polster detected the odor of burnt marijuana and a smoking device in plain view. A search warrant was applied for and granted for the property. Deputies Parsley and Carr arrived to assist with the search warrant execution.
During the execution of the search warrant, deputies located numerous smoking devices, marijuana, methamphetamine, Kratom and several scales. The following four subjects located at the residence were arrested: 34-year-old Jason R. Wilkinson, who was charged with dealing in methamphetamine, dealing in marijuana, possession of methamphetamine, possession of marijuana, maintaining a common nuisance and possession of paraphernalia; 44-year-old Christy L. Moore, who is charged with possession of methamphetamine, possession of marijuana, maintaining a common nuisance and possession of paraphernalia; 28-year-old Autumn B. Gabbard, who is charged with dealing in methamphetamine, dealing in marijuana, possession of methamphetamine, possession of marijuana, maintaining a common nuisance and possession of paraphernalia; and 36-year-old Aaron C. Milligan, who is charged with possession of methamphetamine, possession of paraphernalia, and maintaining a common nuisance. All four were transported to the Spencer County Law Enforcement on the above charges.
