Jeff Carter Jr., 64, of Olaton, Kentucky, passed away on Friday, December 20, 2024, at Owensboro Health Regional Hospital in Owensboro, Kentucky.
Jeff was born in Owensboro, Kentucky on April 14, 1960, to Jeff Carter Sr. and Louise (Fulkerson) Fuqua.
Jeff had worked with Sam Estes Painting and Sandblasting in Maceo, Kentucky for over 30 years. He served in the Indiana National Guard for many years.
Jeff was preceded in death by his mother, Louise (Fulkerson) Fuqua; daughter, Tonya Carter; and sister, Sharon Gonzalez.
Jeff is survived by his father, Jeff Carter Sr., of Rockport; brother, Tom Carter and his wife, Trisa of Chrisney; sister, Wanda Fay Harrison of Grandview; several extended family members and friends.
Services were 2 p.m. Saturday, December 28, at Boultinghouse Funeral Home in Rockport, with burial at St. Bernard Catholic Cemetery in Rockport.
Visitation was from 12 until 2 p.m. Saturday, December 28, at the funeral home.
