Melanie Ann Belcher, 51, of Evansville, formerly of Rockport, passed away on Thursday, January 2, 2020 at her home.
Melanie was born in Evansville, on January 10, 1968 to Ronald Parker and Jayne (Warren) Davis.
She had worked for many years at Health South as a Case Manager Assistant. She had also worked at Memorial Hospital as a Practice Manager and as a design consultant for Bathfitter.
Melanie is survived by her husband, Kyle Belcher of Evansville; children, Dustin Yates (Andrea), Madison Yates, Matthew Belcher (Catrina), Mark Belcher and Nicholas Belcher; grandchildren, Brody Belcher, Briar Belcher, Rylie Glaser, Preston Yates and Grayson Yates; her father, Ronald Parker (Joan); her mother, Jayne Davis; her siblings, Lisa Surber, Russ Parker and Cheri Smith.
A memorial service will be held at 6 p.m. Sunday, January 5, at Boultinghouse Funeral Home in Rockport, with Pastor Carl Jones officiating. Visitation will take place from 2 until 6 p.m. at the funeral home.
