Johnny P. Mathes, pled guilty to invasion of privacy, level 6 felony; sentenced to 180 days in DCSC, all suspended to 180 days unsupervised probation, pay fines and costs.

Grayson D. Zink, pled guilty to dealing in a schedule I controlled substance (count 1) and dealing in marijuana (count 2), both level 6 felonies, and possession of paraphernalia (count 6), class C misdemeanor; sentenced to 610 days in DCSC in counts 1 and 2 and 60 days in count 6, to run concurrently and with credit for five days served, leaving 370 days to serve on home detention with GPS monitoring and 240 days suspended to supervised probation, obtain drug and alcohol assessment and comply with all treatment recommendations, shall not trespass at Jasper Wal-Mart, shall not possess or consume alcohol or controlled substances, submit to and pass random alcohol/drug screenings, pay fines and costs.

Robert E. Altmeyer, pled guilty to public intoxication, class B misdemeanor; sentenced to 60 days in DCSC, with credit for 24 days served and parties agreeing defendant’s sentence is complete as of Nov. 9, pay fines and costs; also pled guilty to operating a vehicle with an ACE of 0.15 or more, class A misdemeanor; sentenced to 180 days in DCSC (sentence now completed), driver’s license suspended 180 days, pay fines and costs.

Jessica Rae Thorpe, pled guilty to possession of methamphetamine (count 1), level 6 felony, and possession of paraphernalia (count 3), class C misdemeanor; sentenced to 166 days in DCSC in count 1 and 60 days in count 3, to run concurrently and with credit for 83 days served (making sentence complete), pay fines and costs.

Jeremy R. Siddons, pled guilty to possession of a controlled substance, class A misdemeanor; sentenced to 238 days in DCSC, with credit for 119 days served (making sentence complete), pay fines and costs, sentence to run consecutively with another cause.
