On Thursday, December 26, elected officials were sworn in at the Spencer County Courthouse by Judge Jon Dartt. The courthouse rotunda was filled with family, friends, other officials and supporters of those pledging loyalty to their position.
Some communities held their own swearing in ceremonies and were not represented on Thursday.
