Udiel Escobedo Velasquez, pled guilty to possession of marijuana, class B misdemeanor; sentenced to 180 days in SCLEC, with 16 days executed and remaining time suspended to 164 days non-reporting probation, shall not possess or consume alcohol or controlled substances, submit to random alcohol/drug screenings, pay fines and costs.

Jed D. Fitch, agreed order on restitution; defendant shall pay North Spencer School Corporation $10,935 to be paid through Spencer County Clerk’s Office.
