A Howling Good Time in Rockport

The second annual Howl on the Rock went off without a hitch, and sunny skies this time around. Main Street was filled with ghouls, goblins, and good-old-fashioned automotive specimens Saturday afternoon. Kids walked up and down the streets for some early trick or treating, and to get some more mileage out of their costumes for the year. Music and food vendors kept Downtown Rockport lively until the sun began to set on the bluffs, whereupon daring contestants sought places to evade the cops in a friendly game of “Hide and Seek from the Police”. The night ended with a showing of “Hotel Transylvania” by city hall, helping get attendees into the spirit of the season as Halloween draws nearer.
