Annette “Nin” McClellan, 54, of Lamar, passed away on Thursday, May 4, 2023 at her home. Nin was born in Owensboro, Kentucky on July 10, 1968 to Mike Embry and the late Elizabeth (Bryant) Embry.
She was a 1986 graduate of South Spencer High School. Nin worked as a Lab Tech for Cleveland Cliffs for many years.
She enjoyed cooking for her loved ones, jeeping, and gardening. She also enjoyed collecting monkeys and country music, especially Loretta Lynn.
She was preceded in death by her mother.
Nin is survived by her husband, Rick McClellan; son, Ricky McClellan; daughter, Kailee McClellan; her father, Mike Embry; siblings, Michelle Kellams (Doug) and Brittany Alnatsheh (T.K.); several aunts, uncles cousins, nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, May 10, from 10 a.m. until service time at Boultinghouse Funeral Home Youngblood Chapel, 36 E. Market St., Chrisney, IN 47611.
Services will begin at 3 p.m. at the funeral home with Pastor Carl Jones officiating.
Burial will follow in Hackleman Cemetery.
