Betty (Southwood) Witte, 84, of Santa Claus, passed away Tuesday, September 26, 2023, at her home. She was born March 11, 1939 to Kenneth and Julia Southwood.
She married Arthur Witte on October 11, 1959, and they were blessed with three daughters.
She is survived by her husband Arthur of 63 years; three daughters, Lisa Duke (Rob), Santa Claus, Denise Anderson (Michael), Cannelton and Jennifer Neyenhaus (Chris); one sister, Gail Furhman, (Kentucky); seven grandchildren and twelve great-grandchildren.
Betty was preceded in death by her parents, brothers Lloyd and Roger Southwood, and one sister, Barbara Wilson.
A funeral service is planned for 10 a.m. CDT on Friday, September 29, at Fuller Funeral Home in Dale, with burial to follow in Mt. Zion Christian Church Cemetery.
Friends may call on Thursday, September 28, from 4 to 7 p.m. CDT at Fuller Funeral Home.
