On Saturday, December 10, 2022, Cathy Mae Johnson, loving wife, mother and grandmother, passed away at the age of 73 in Palm Coast, Florida.
Cathy was born in Tell City on August 29, 1949, to the late Harry and Kathryn (Sanders) Foster.
Cathy loved to write, sing, and spend time with her family.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Gary Johnson, Sr.; son, Gary Johnson, Jr.; and aunt, Lois Sanders.
Cathy is survived by her children, Tim Johnson and his wife, Kim, of Evansville, James Johnson of Evansville and Krystalyn Krempecki and her husband, Michael, of Palm Coast, Florida; grandchildren, Whitney, Tyler, Tiffany, Megan, Austin, Shelly and Audrey; 12 great-grandchildren; many extended family and friends.
A private graveside service will be held at a later date at James Parker Cemetery in Hatfield, with Pastor Carl Jones officiating.
Boultinghouse Funeral Home in Rockport a has been entrusted with care.
