Tyler Watts, pled guilty to driving while suspended, class A misdemeanor; sentenced to 180 days in Spencer County Law Enforcement Center (SCLEC), all suspended to 180 days non-reporting probation, driver’s license suspended 90 days, pay fines and costs.

Rachel Young, pled guilty to operating a vehicle with an ACE of 0.08 or more, class C misdemeanor; sentenced to 60 days in SCLEC, with six days executed and remaining time suspended to 359 days reporting probation, shall not possess or consume alcohol or controlled substances, submit to and pass random alcohol/drug screens, attend victim’s impact panel session, driver’s license suspended 90 days, pay fines and costs.

Trevor S. Osborne, pled guilty to operating a vehicle with a schedule I or II controlled substance or its metabolite in the body, class C misdemeanor; sentenced to 60 days in SCLEC, with 16 days executed and remaining time suspended to 349 days reporting probation, shall not possess or consume alcohol or controlled substances, submit to and pass random alcohol/drug screens, attend victim’s impact panel session, driver’s license suspended 60 days, pay fines and costs.
