Brittany Alaine Blair, pled guilty to operating a vehicle while intoxicated, endangering a person, class A misdemeanor; sentenced to 365 days in SCLEC, with four days executed and remaining time suspended to 361 days reporting probation, shall not possess or consume alcohol or controlled substances, submit to random drug/alcohol screenings, undergo substance abuse evaluation and comply with all treatment recommendations, attend victim’s impact panel session, driver’s license suspended 250 days, pay fines and costs.
