The Dale Branch of Lincoln Heritage Public Library will open its Undergrounds Book Store this Saturday, December 21, from 9 a.m.-12:45 p.m. The Book Store, the Children’s Book Nook, and the Recreational Reading Area will all be open for those holiday shoppers looking for some wonderful additions to their Christmas list.
The Undergrounds Book Store offers a huge collection of books, puzzles, CDs and DVDs. The continuously expanding stock of books covers most genres of fiction, non-fiction. Special collections include collectible first editions, author signed titles, vintage titles, Christian fiction, puzzles and audio visuals. There are many great Christmas stocking stuffers for that special someone.
The Undergrounds Book Store, operated by the Friends of Lincoln Heritage Public Library volunteers, is open the third Saturday of each month and has extended sales in April and October. Proceeds from book sales benefit the library’s children, teen, and adult programs and related events.
