Eric Sanon, pled guilty to strangulation (count 1), level 6 felony with judgment of conviction entered as a class A misdemeanor, and domestic battery, class A misdemeanor; sentenced to 364 days in the Dubois County Security Center (DCSC) in each count, to run consecutively and with credit for three days served and three days good time credit, remaining time suspended to 358 days supervised probation in count 1 and 364 days supervised probation in count 2, pay fines and costs.

Joshua F. Monsewicz, pled guilty to battery, class B misdemeanor; sentenced to 20  days in DCSC, with 10 days good time credit, pay fines and costs, sentence to run consecutively with another cause. 

Christian Del Valle Maldonado, pled guilty to cruelty to an animal, class A misdemeanor; sentenced to 365 days in DCSC, all suspended to 365 days supervised probation, pay $2,393.30 in restitution (after which probation will become unsupervised), pay fines and costs. 

Aaron J. Atkins, pled guilty to domestic battery, level 6 felony; sentenced to 540 days in DCSC, with credit for four days served and four days good time credit, remaining time suspended to 532 days supervised probation, undergo substance abuse evaluation through LifeSpring and comply with all treatment recommendations, enroll in and complete Batterers Intervention Program through Crisis Connection, pay fines and costs.

Ryan M. Singleton, found guilty of battery against a public safety official (count 1), level 6 felony (after completion of sentence, defendant may petition the Court to reduce the felony conviction to a class A misdemeanor), and operating a vehicle while intoxicated endangering a person (count 2), class A misdemeanor; sentenced to 540 days in DCSC in count 1 and 365 days in count 2, to run concurrently and with two days good time credit, leaving 180 days to serve on home detention with GPS monitoring and remaining time suspended to 356 days supervised probation, undergo clinical assessment through a state-certified mental health provider and substance abuse evaluation through a state-certified substance abuse service provider and comply with all treatment recommendations, pay fines and costs.

Jaime D. Johnson, pled guilty to neglect of a dependent, class A misdemeanor; sentenced to six days in DCSC, with one day good time credit, pay fines and costs.

Pascual Antonio Andres, pled guilty to domestic battery committed in the presence of a child less than 16, class A misdemeanor; sentenced to 360 days in DCSC, with four days good time credit, remaining time suspended to 352 days supervised probation, enroll in and complete Batterers Intervention Program, complete substance abuse assessment and follow all treatment recommendations, pay fines and costs.

Celina Ester Cracon-Zaldivar, pled guilty to false government identification, class A misdemeanor; sentenced to 56 days in DCSC, with 28 days good time  credit, pay fines and costs. 

Rassiel Quintana-Fernandez, pled guilty to identity deception, level 6 felony with judgment of conviction as a class A misdemeanor; sentenced to 360 days in DCSC, with two days served and two days good time credit, remaining 356 days suspended to probation, pay fines and costs.

Terry Abbott, pled guilty to escape, level 6 felony; sentenced to 540 days in DCSC, with credit for 61 days served and 61 days good time credit, remaining time suspended to 418 days probation, undergo substance abuse evaluation through Dubois County Substance Abuse Services and comply with all treatment recommendations, pay fines and costs, sentence to run consecutively with another cause.

Brett Huffman, pled guilty to two counts of invasion of privacy, both class A misdemeanors; sentenced to 365 days in DCSC in each count, to run consecutively, all suspended to 365 days supervised probation, no contact with Stephanie Huffman, pay fines and costs.

Brett D. Huffman, pled guilty to theft with a prior conviction, level 6 felony; sentenced to 60 days in DCSC, to run consecutively to sentences in all other pending Circuit Court cases, shall not trespass at Jasper Wal-Mart, pay fines and costs.
