Circuit Criminal

State of Indiana vs the following:

Miguel A. Martinez-Gonzales, pled guilty to knowingly or intentionally operating a motor vehicle without ever receiving a license. Sentenced to pay fines and costs.

Aaron A. Messmer, pled guilty to leaving the scene of an accident with moderate or serious bodily injury (count 4), obstruction of justice (count 5) and habitual offender (count 8). Sentenced to 912 days with the Indiana Department of Corrections (IDOC) in count 4, 912 days IDOC in count 5, to run concurrently and  with credit for 456 days served, and five years IDOC in count 8, to run consecutively with other causes and with 51 days credit for time served, defendant may serve last 1,223 days on work release to transition to home detention with GPS monitoring at the discretion of Community Corrections and shall participate in all treatment programs at the request of Community Corrections, pay fines and costs.

Anthony Ulm, pled guilty to intimidation. Sentenced to 364 days in the Dubois County Security Center (DCSC) with credit for two days served and two days good time credit, rest suspended to supervised probation, no contact ordered with Tanner Earl and no trespassing at the Jasper Taco Bell, pay fines and costs.

Superior Criminal

State of Indiana vs the following:

Darrell Satterfied, pled guilty to operating while intoxicated. Sentenced to 365 days DCSC with credit for one day served, rest suspended to 363 days supervised probation, driver’s license suspended 90 days, obtain a drug and alcohol assessment and comply with all treatment recommendations, shall not purchase, possess or consume alcohol or controlled substances, submit to random testing, pay fines and costs.

Henry J. Sandoval, pled guilty to operating while intoxicated. Sentenced to 365 days DCSC with credit for one day served, rest suspended to 363 days supervised probation, driver’s license suspended 90 days, obtain a drug and alcohol assessment and comply with all treatment recommendations, shall not purchase, possess or consume alcohol or controlled substances, submit to random testing, pay fines and costs.

Juan Carlos Ceron Guillen, pled guilty to knowingly or intentionally operating a motor vehicle without ever receiving a license. Sentenced to four days DCSC with credit for time served, making sentence complete, pay costs.

Noe Alonso Acosta Guerra, pled guilty to knowingly or intentionally operating a motor vehicle without ever receiving a license. Sentenced to pay fines and costs.

Steven T. Lang, pled guilty to public intoxication. Sentenced to 180 days DCSC with credit for time served, rest suspended to 176 days supervised probation to be transferred to Crawford County, obtain a drug and alcohol assessment and comply with all treatment recommendations, shall not purchase, possess or consume alcohol or controlled substances, submit to random testing, pay fines and costs.

Seth L. Frye, pled guilty to criminal trespass (count 1), possession of marijuana (count 2) and possession of paraphernalia (count 3). Sentenced to 365 days DCSC in count 1, 180 days DCSC in count 2 and 60 days CSC in count 3, to run concurrently and with credit for time served, rest suspended to 361 days supervised probation, obtain a drug and alcohol assessment and comply with all treatment recommendations, shall not purchase, possess or consume alcohol or controlled substances, submit to random testing, pay fines and costs.

Junia Pfaff, pled guilty to possession of methamphetamine. Sentenced to 365 days DCSC with credit for four days served, rest suspended to 361 days supervised probation, obtain a drug and alcohol assessment and comply with all treatment recommendations, shall not purchase, possess or consume alcohol or controlled substances, submit to random testing, pay fines and costs.
