Brandon J. Wilkie. Pleads guilty of two counts invasion of privacy and criminal tresspass, Class A misdemeanors, sentenced to 180 days and confined in Dubois County Security Center for 90 days prior to sentencing. Shall receive 90 days good time credit; confined to 63 days prior to sentencing in second count with 63 days for good time credit, ordered to pay $185 in court costs.

Adrian Antonio Gutierrez. Found guilty of disorderly conduct, a Class B misdemeanor, sentenced to 180 days in Dubois County Security Center with four days served, four days good time credit and 172 days suspended to 364 days supervised probation, must participate in an evidence-based program deemed appropriate, pay $185 in costs, make restitution to the victim and have no direct or indirect contact with Shalynn Bright.

Verna Winkler. Found guilty of intimidation, a Level 6 felony and resisting law enforcement, a Class A misdemeanor. Sentenced to 365 days in the Dubois County Security Center with credit for one day served and one day good time credit and 363 days on supervised probation in count one and the same in count two, to run concurrently; $185 in court costs; no contact ordered with Michael Mueller; attend anger management within first month of probation.

Superior Civil

Uebelhor and Sons Chevrolet Cadillac Jasper, Inc. vs Gage A. Jennings. Default judgment for plaintiff, $12,141.70 plus post-judgment interest and court costs.

Tazz N. Winstead. Pleads guilt to possession of marijuana and possession of paraphernalia, ordered to pay fines and $241 in costs.

Jose Gameros. Found guilty of operating while intoxicated, a Class A misdemeanor. Sentenced to 365 days in the Dubois County Security Center (DCSC) with credit for one day and the remaining 363 days time suspended to supervised probation. Defendant’s driver’s license suspended for 90 days, must obtain a drug and alcohol assessment and comply fully with all treatment recommendation. Must participate in an evidence-based program deemed appropriate. Pay fines and costs. Defendant shall not purchase, use or possess alcohol or mind/mood altering substances.

Adam C. Johnson. Found guilty of operating while intoxicated, a Class A misdemeanor. Sentenced to 365 days in the DCSC with credit for 18 days served, remaining 329 days suspended to unsupervised probation. Defendant’s driver’s license suspended for 90 days, must obtain a drug and alcohol assessment and comply fully with all treatment recommendations. Must participate in an evidence-based program deemed appropriate. Pay fines and costs. Defendant shall not purchase, use or possess alcohol or mind/mood altering substances.

Christopher A. Dutton. Found guilt of leaving the scene of an accident, a Class B misdemeanor. Sentenced to 180 days in the DCSC with credit for 10 days served (five actual) and remaining time suspended on supervised probation for 355 days. Defendant shall have no contact with Harold Hoing and pay restitution to the victim, plus fees and court costs. Defendant shall not purchase, use or possess alcohol or mind/mood altering substances and shall submit to and pass random urinalysis, breathalizer, blood, hair, oral fluids or other tests required by probation.

Dwight E. Seal. Found guilt of operating while intoxicated, a Class A misdemeanor. Sentenced to 365 days in DCSC with credit for four days served (two actual) and remaining time suspended to 361 days supervised probation. Defendant shall not purchase, use or possess alcohol or mind/mood altering substances.

Charles Roll. Found guilty of possession of methamphetamine, a Class A misdemeanor. Sentenced to the DCSC for 365 days, all suspended to 365 days supervised probation. Defendant shall submit to and pass random urinalysis, breathalizer, etc. weekly. Defendant’s driver’s license suspended for 90 days. He shall not purchase, use or possess alcohol or mind/mood altering substances. Pay fines and costs. 

Jordan M. Miller. Convicted of possession of marijuana, a Class B misdemeanor and possession of paraphernalia, a Class C misdemeanor. Sentenced to 180 days in DCSC in count one and 60 days in count two, to run concurrently, with all time suspended to supervised probation for 365 days. Defendant to participate in an evidence-based program, shall not purchase, use or possess alcohol, controlled or mind/mood altering substances and shall submit to and pass random urinalysis, breathalizer, blood, hair, oral fluids or other tests required by probation, pay fines and costs.

Tosha Ray Linton. Pleads guilty to possession of methamphetamine, level 6 Felony, possession of a controlled substance (Schedule I, II, III or IV, dismissed), and false identity statement with intent to mislead, Class A misdemeanor. Sentenced to 202 days in DCSC in each count, with 101 days served and 101 days good time credit. Pay fines and costs.

Jaime Lashae Gonzalez. Pleads guilty to arson, level 6 Felony, criminal mischief, a Class B misdemeanor (dismissed) and disorderly conduct, a Class B misdemeanor. Sentenced to 540 days in DCSC on Count one and 180 days in Count two, with 74 days served. Defendant shall have no contact with the victim. Pay fines and costs.

Jesse B. Reed, Jr. Pleads guilty to Maintaining a common nuisance (controlled substance) Level 6 Felony, and possession of paraphernalia, a Class C misdemeanor. Three additional Level 6 felonies for possession of methamphetamine, unlawful possession of a syringe and unlawful possession of a legend drug all dismissed. The defendant served five days and has been placed on home detention with GPS monitoring for 400 days (200 actual) as long as defendant remains eligible.

Annamarie R. Breaden. Convicted of two counts of theft, both Class A misdemeanors. Sentenced to 240 days in count one and 240 days in count two, to run consecutively, remaining time suspended to 480 days supervised probation. Defendant to participate in an evidence-based program, shall not purchase, use or possess alcohol, controlled or mind/mood altering substances and shall submit to and pass random urinalysis, breathalizer, blood, hair, oral fluids or other tests required by probation, pay fines and costs.

Brooklyn M. Ayres. Minor Consuming Alcohol, a Class C misdemeanor, dismissed with prejudice.

Angela R. Fischer. Found guilty on count two, possession of a narcotic drug, a Level 6 felony and count three, possession of paraphernalia, a Class C misdemeanor. Sentenced to 365 days in the DCSC on Count 2 and 60 days on Count three, to run concurrently with credit for one day served and remaining 363 days suspended to supervised probation. Defendant to participate in an evidence-based program, shall not purchase, use or possess alcohol, controlled or mind/mood altering substances and shall submit to and pass random urinalysis, breathalizer, blood, hair, oral fluids or other tests required by probation, pay fines and costs.
