Lee Marcell Price, pled guilty to public intoxication (count 1) and disorderly conduct (count 2), both class B misdemeanors; sentenced to four days in DCSC in each count, to run concurrently and with credit for time served, making sentence complete, pay fines and costs.

Darryl D.
