Tyler A. Eckert, pled guilty to domestic battery, class A misdemeanor; sentenced to 365 days in the Dubois County Security Center (DCSC), to be served on work release, pay fines and costs; also pled guilty to domestic battery resulting in serious bodily injury, level 5 felony; sentenced to 1,095 days in DCSC, all suspended to 1,095 days supervised probation, abstain from alcohol and illegal drugs and submit to and random alcohol/drug screenings, comply with substance abuse counseling and treatment until successfully completed, pay fines and costs; also pled guilty to invasion of privacy, class A misdemeanor; sentenced to 365 days in DCSC, with credit for 119 days served and 119 days good time credit, remaining time suspended to 127 days supervised probation, pay fines and costs. 

Demetrius L. Greer, pled guilty to invasion of privacy with a prior conviction (count 1), level 6 felony, and invasion of privacy (count 5), level 6 felony; sentenced to two years in the Indiana Department of Correction (IDOC) in each count, to run consecutively, with defendant to complete Purposeful Incarceration Program (after which the Court will consider sentence modification), pay fines and costs; also pled guilty to domestic battery, class A misdemeanor; sentenced to pay fines and costs. 

Adam R. Tyrone L. Goodman, pled guilty to sexual misconduct with a minor, level 5 felony; sentenced to 1,050 days in IDOC, with credit for 143 days served and 47 days good time credit, register as sex or violent offender, pay fines and costs. 

Zackary M. Gilbert, pled guilty to domestic battery, class A misdemeanor; sentenced to 180 days in DCSC, with credit for 90 days served and 90 days good time credit (making sentence complete), pay fines and costs; also pled guilty to criminal mischief, class B misdemeanor; sentenced to four days in DCSC, with credit for two days served and two days good time credit (making sentence complete), pay restitution to victim in amount to be determined, pay fines and costs. 

Jose Andres Pascual, pled guilty to resisting law enforcement, class A misdemeanor; sentenced to 365 days in DCSC, with credit for two days served and two days good time credit, remaining time suspended 361 days supervised probation, pay fines and costs.
