William Roblero, pled guilty to operating a vehicle while intoxicated (count 2), class A misdemeanor; leaving the scene of an accident (count 4), class B misdemeanor; and operating a vehicle without a license (count 5), class C misdemeanor; sentenced to 365 days in DCSC in count 2, 180 days in count 4 and 60 days in count 5, to run concurrently and with credit for time served, remaining time suspended to 361 days supervised probation, contact court alcohol and drug program director and comply with all treatment recommendations, driver’s license suspended 180 days, shall not possess or consume alcohol or controlled substances, submit to and pass random alcohol/drug screenings, pay fines and costs. 

Yulim Oh, pled guilty to minor consuming alcohol, class C misdemeanor; sentenced to 60 days in DCSC, all suspended to 180 days supervised probation, shall not possess or consume alcohol or controlled substances, submit to and pass random alcohol/drug screenings, pay fines and costs. 

Justin G. Ayala Velez, pled guilty to possession of marijuana (count 1), class B misdemeanor, and possession of paraphernalia (count 2), class C misdemeanor; sentenced to 180 days in DCSC in count 1 and 60 days in count 2, to run concurrently, all suspended to 365 days supervised probation, undergo alcohol and drug assessment as well as anger and domestic abuse evaluation and comply with all treatment recommendations, pay $3,283.22 in restitution in separate case, shall not possess or consume alcohol or controlled substances, submit to and pass random alcohol/drug screenings, pay fines and costs. 

Tina K. Best, pled guilty to possession of methamphetamine, level 6 felony; sentenced to 628 days in IDOC, with credit for time served, remainder of sentence to be stayed so long as defendant enrolls in and completes Drug Court Program, pay fines and costs.

Robert S. Sowders, pled guilty to dealing in methamphetamine, level 2 felony; sentenced to 17 years in IDOC, with first 10 years (7.5 years if good time credit is earned) to be served in IDOC and remaining seven years (5.25 actual years) to be served on work release, contact court alcohol and drug program director and comply with all treatment recommendations, pay fines and costs.

James R. Mcelwee, pled guilty to possession of a controlled substance (count 2), class A misdemeanor, and operating a vehicle while intoxicated (count 5), class C misdemeanor; sentenced to 365 days in DCSC in count 2 and 60 days in count 5, to run concurrently and with credit for two days served, remaining time suspended to 361 days unsupervised probation, shall not possess or consume alcohol or controlled substances, submit to and pass random alcohol/drug screenings, pay fines and costs. 

Kimberly Stuckey, pled guilty to unlawful possession of a syringe, class A misdemeanor; sentenced to 182 days in DCSC, with credit for two days served, remaining time suspended to 180 days unsupervised probation, undergo substance abuse assessment and comply with all treatment recommendations, shall not possess or consume alcohol or controlled substances, submit to and pass random alcohol/drug screenings, pay fines and costs. 

Richard S.
