James K. Stasel, pled guilty to operating a vehicle while intoxicated, class A misdemeanor; sentenced to 365 days in DCSC, with credit for four days served and two days good time credit, leaving 124 days to serve on home detention with GPS monitoring and remaining 241 days suspended to supervised probation, obtain drug and alcohol assessment and comply with all treatment recommendations, driver’s license suspended 30 days followed by 270 days specialized driving privileges with Ignition Interlock System, shall not possess or consume alcohol or controlled substances, submit to and pass random alcohol/drug screenings, pay fines and costs. 

Dontae Derell Jaquez Donaldson, dismissed with prejudice. 

Wallace E. Wright, pled guilty to dealing in methamphetamine, level 4 felony; sentenced to eight years in IDOC, with four years suspended to supervised probation and remaining four years to serve on home detention with GPS monitoring, obtain drug and alcohol assessment and comply with all treatment recommendations, pay $180 in restitution (jointly and severally with co-defendant Shannon Stuckey) to the Indiana State Police Enforcement Aid Fund, shall not possess or consume alcohol or controlled substances, submit to and pass random alcohol/drug screenings, pay fines and costs.

Tiffany R. Colt D. Eckert, pled guilty to unlawful possession of a syringe (count 1), level 6 felony, and possession of marijuana (count 2), class A misdemeanor; sentenced to 365 days in DCSC in count 1 and 180 days in count 2, to run concurrently and with credit for 148 days served, leaving 69 days to serve in the security center (34 days if good time credit is earned), pay fines and costs; also pled guilty to theft of a firearm, level 6 felony; sentenced to 365 days in DCSC, to run consecutive to other cause, no contact with victim and pay restitution to same, pay fines and costs.
