Woman arrested on multiple charges

At 12:30 a.m. on Monday, January 11, officers were dispatched to the area of Savannah Drive and Pebble Drive in reference to a domestic dispute between a male and female. During the course of the investigation, officers determined 36-year-old Allison Donae of Jasper had become physical with the male victim, who then locked her out of his house. Doane then allegedly drove her 2002 Saturn into the victim’s garage door, causing approximately $1,000 in damage to the garage. A chemical breath test found that Doane’s blood alcohol content to be 0.156; during the booking process, police say she became physical with officers and attempted to spit on them. Doane was charged with felony counts of OWI with a Prior Conviction, Criminal Recklessness with a Deadly Weapon, and Attempted Battery on a Law Enforcement Officer, as well as misdemeanor counts of Criminal Mischief, OWI with a BAC of 0.15 or More, and OWI.
