The first Grandview Open Disc Golf Scramble will take place in a play-at-your-own-pace/schedule format between Thursday and Sunday, September 10-13, in Grandview’s beautiful city park (2nd and Walnut). Registration is $30 per two-person team with all proceeds benefiting Lincoln Amphitheatre. To register, visit www.dgscene.com/Lincoln.

The first place team will receive a $50 cash prize, as well as a prize pack (t-shirt, pizza, and growler fill up) from River City Brew Works in Rockport.

“Grandview is not only blessed with the beauty of the Ohio River, but it is also home to one of Spencer County’s only disc golf courses — and we couldn’t be more appreciative of the town allowing us to hold this event there,” said Marc Steczyk, Lincoln Amphitheatre’s director. “The course, the park, and the town are the perfect backdrop to host a play at your own pace and schedule-style disc golf tournament. Come down early, enjoy the river, enjoy the park, get a bite to eat, go throw two rounds, and just have some good outdoor, socially-distant fun — all while helping the Amphitheatre.”

The scramble will be a total of 18 holes/two complete rounds. For the complete tournament rules as well as to register teams, visit www.dgscene.com/Lincoln.
