James L. Tuley, 82, of Chrisney, passed away on Wednesday, October 18, 2023, at his home.
Jim was born in Spencer County on February 24, 1941, to the late Wallace and Mary E. (Crews) Tuley.
Jim retired from Peabody Coal Company (U.M.W.A., Local 1907) and was a member of the I.U.O.E. Local 181.
In addition to his parents, Jim was preceded in death by his brothers, Bill, Bob and Wallace Tuley, and infant sister, Sandra Kay Tuley.
He is survived by his loving wife of 60 years, Joyce (Meyer) Tuley. He is lovingly remembered by his daughters Arlene Allen and Anita (Clint) Fussner, grandson Evan Owen, sister Connie (Randy) Miller, and nieces and nephews.
A private service was held.
