Jeryl “Scott” Greene, 57, of Rockport, passed away on Wednesday, January 10, 2024, at Heart- to- Heart Hospice in Evansville.
Scott was born in Evansville on June 20, 1966, to Jerry and Sherry (Mastin) Greene.
Scott worked at Kimberly Clark in Owensboro, Kentucky for many years.
He attended His Church in Owensboro, Kentucky, enjoyed spending time with his family, and playing cards. He was also a big fan of the Dallas Cowboys.
Scott was preceded in death by his wife, Karen Jean (Rutherford) Greene, who passed away in 2007.
Scott is survived by his children, Brittney Dugas and her husband, Zach, and Travis Greene and his wife, Samantha; his grandchildren, Molly and Lucas Dugas and Anakin and Blair Greene; his parents, Jerry and Sherry Greene; many extended family and friends.
Services are 2 p.m., Sunday, January 14, at Boultinghouse Funeral Home in Rockport, with Pastor Walter Phillips officiating. Burial will follow in Sunset Hill Cemetery.
Visitation is 11 a.m. until 2 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home.
Memorial contributions may be made to his grandchildren’s education fund.
