John M. “Mike” Fulks, 58, of Rockport, passed away on Thursday, September 30, 2021, at his home.
He was born in Owensboro, Kentucky, on April 16, 1963, to the late Stanley and Dorothy (Smith) Fulks.
Mike was a graduate of South Spencer High School and had served in the United States Army. He loved spending time with his family and his dogs.
He is survived by his children, Amy Tuley of Owensboro, KY, Kimberly Fulks of Owensboro, KY, Tia Fulks of Chrisney and Joshua Fulks and his wife, Ashlee, of Grandview; his grandchildren, Jacob Tuley, Marcos Fulks, Antonio Hernandez, Celestino Moreno, Ja’Kobe Fulks, Tracy Ebelhar, Toby Ebelhar, and Levi Ebelhar; and his siblings, Charles Fulks of Brazil, and Nanci Boling of Owensboro, KY.
A memorial service will be held at a later date. Boultinghouse Funeral Home in Rockport has been entrusted with care.
