Lidwina (Schaeffer) Miller, 98, of Fulda was called home Monday, March 16, 2020. Lidwina was born September 22, 1921, in Santa Claus, to Paul and Eleanora “Nora” (Schulte) Schaeffer.
She leaves behind to cherish her memory one daughter, Jacqulyn (Michael) Philipps and one son, Raymond Mark Miller; eight grandchildren, 19 great-grandchildren, and nine great-great grandchildren; five step-great grandchildren and four step-great-great grandchildren; one sister, Dorothy Engelbrecht; sister-in-law, Jo Ann Daming (Robert) Schaeffer; and nieces and nephews.
Lidwina enjoyed travel, reading, quilting and being with her family. She was a lifetime member of St. Boniface Parish in Fulda.
Private services will be held at Becher Funeral Home in Ferdinand. Visitation will be private. Burial will be in Saint Boniface Parish Cemetery in Fulda.
