Linda R. Blair, 68, of Richland, passed away on Tuesday, October 1, 2024, at Deaconess Gateway Hospital in Newburgh.
Linda was born in Portsmouth, Ohio on July 6, 1956, to Ernest and Evelyn Boggs.
Linda retired from American Electric Power after 24 years of service, working as an operator for most of those years. She enjoyed scrapbooking, stamping, and horseback riding, and was a member of the Eastern Star. Linda was a devoted wife, mother, and grandmother.
In addition to her parents, Linda was preceded in death by her siblings.
Linda is survived by her husband, Mike Blair of Richland; her daughter, Lori (Adam) Young of Homer, IL; her son, Justin Blair of Rockport; her grandchildren, Stephanie Winkler of Lima, OH, Cash Young of Homer, IL and Brianna Blair, Lexi Blair and Jase Blair, all of Rockport.
