Linda Faye Robinson, 82, of Rockport, passed away on Sunday, August 18, 2024, at her home.
Linda was born in Sacramento, Kentucky on December 2, 1941, to Marvin and Cleva (Bivens) West.
Linda was an active member of Walnut Memorial Baptist Church in Owensboro, Kentucky. She had worked at South Spencer High School as head cook. She loved quilting, traveling, gardening, cooking and taking pictures of their vacations.
In addition to her parents, Linda was preceded in death by her grandson, Jared Robinson; her sister, Mildred Pannel; and her brothers, Billy West and Glen West.
She is survived by her husband, Walter Robinson, Sr; her children, Walter Robinson Jr. (Carrie), Cheryl Truman (Ivan), and Jim Robinson (Kim); her grandchildren, Justin Robinson (Alyssa), Aimee Miller (Daniel), Walt Robinson III (Jill), Joshua Truman, Ashley Slogar (Joey), Anna Gonzalez (Paul), Emily Robinson, Rebecca Simpson (Jacob), and Caden Robinson; and her sister, Barbara Baugh.
Services are 12 p.m. Friday, August 23, at Boultinghouse Funeral Home in Rockport, with Pastor Eugene Howard officiating. Burial will follow at Shiloh Cemetery.
Visitation is 10 a.m.. until 12 p.m. Friday at the funeral home.
