Linda M. Kost, 76, of Jasper, passed away on Monday, May 16, 2022, at home.
She was born in Evansville on September 15, 1945, to the late Russell and Regina Farmer. Linda was a homemaker, enjoyed music and loved to laugh.
Linda is survived by her children, Joseph Kost, and his fiancée, Monica, of Chrisney, James Kost and his wife, Gina, of Grandview and Jeffrey Kost, and his wife, Tina, of Jasper; five grandchildren, Jesse Kost, Felicia Stamper and her husband, Chip, Dwight Kost and his wife, Bailey, Jason Kost, and Luke Meredith; five great-grandchildren, Caleb Kost, Chase Rader, Penelope Kost, Brooke and Bryce Meredith; sisters, Sharon Ray, Phyllis Garcia, Donna Higgs and Rita Farmer; and several nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her sister, Martha Ritcheson, and grandson, Jeffrey D. Kost.
There will be no visitation. Boultinghouse Funeral Home in Rockport has been entrusted with care.
A private celebration of life for Linda will be held at a later date.
