Louise “Lou” Motteler, 86, of Spencer County, passed away on Thursday, December 3, 2020, with her husband by her side.
Lou was born in Stanley, Kentucky on January 4, 1934, to Robert and Rosetta (Robertson) Gallowey.
She was a member of Chrisney Baptist Church.
In addition to her parents, Lou was preceded in death by her children, Leonard Evans and Tony Evans; and her siblings.
Lou is survived by her husband, Otto Motteler Jr.; her children, Michael Hogue and Joyce Raden; several grandchildren; siblings, Mary Lou Davis, Jean Dean and Sue Batson.
Services will be held at 10 a.m., Tuesday, December 8, at Chrisney Baptist Church in Chrisney, with Pastor Bob Duley officiating. Burial will follow in Oak Hill Cemetery.
Visitation is from 4 until 8 p.m. on Monday, December 7, at Boultinghouse Funeral Home in Rockport, and from 9 a.m. until the time of service Tuesday at the church.
