Margaret Griepenstroh, 93, of Gentryville, died Friday, January 24, 2020, at St. Vincent Hospital in Evansville.
She was born September 27, 1926 in Indianapolis, to Otto and Esther (Hicks) Oskins. A graduate of Gentryville High School, she worked at GE in Tell City.
She was a member of Gentryville United Methodist Church. She enjoyed her family and grandchildren.
Surviving are her son, William (Carol) Griepenstroh; daughter, Phyllis (Nick) Hart; six grandchildren and 15 great-grandchildren; a sister, Doris Blowers; and two brothers, Jim (Fern) Oskins and Richard (Gail) Oskins.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Ed Griepenstroh, in 2000; a granddaughter, Heather; a brother in infancy; and a sister, Helen Bolton.
Visitation will be on Thursday, January 30, from 3-7 p.m. at Gentryville United Methodist Church.
Funeral services are planned for Friday, January 31, at 10 a.m. at Gentryville United Methodist Church, with burial to follow in the Garden of Memory Cemetery in Gentryville.
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to the Gentryville United Methodist Church. Fuller Funeral Home is handling arrangements.
