Marvin J. Schmidt, 58, of Lincoln City, passed away Wednesday, March 4, 2020, in Cebu City, Philippines.
He was born April 14, 1961, in Huntingburg, to the late James and Bernadette (Lindauer) Schmidt.
He served four years in the United Sates Navy on the aircraft carrier, USS Carl Vinson.
He was employed at Waupaca Foundry, Tell City until he became disabled due to Leukemia.
Marvin loved to visit and be with family and friends.
Surviving are three brothers, Clinton (Angie) Schmidt and Jarrod Schmidt, both of Lincoln City, and Chad (Sue) Schmidt of Dale; one niece and two nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents, one brother and one nephew.
