Maxine Louden, 71, of Richland, passed away on Wednesday, February 22, 2023, at Deaconess Gateway Hospital in Newburgh.
Maxine was born on March 12, 1951, in Butler, Kentucky to the late Charles C. and Louise (Hoops) Arnold.
She was a member of Bethel Christian Center in Reo, and had worked at Sam’s Club.
Maxine is survived by her children, Carla (Frank) Sebree, Melissa (Ken) Matthies, Debbie (David) Hall, Charlie Louden, Mary (James) Gibson, and her daughter-in-law, Shanna Louden; her grandchildren, Jennifer Sebree, David Bretz, Maria Bamburg, David Hall Jr., Heather Eastwood, Katlyn, Spencer, Fiona, Brady and Quincy Louden, and James Christopher and Jason Gibson; 11 great-grandchildren and two great-great-grandchildren; her sister, Brenda Bidwell; and her brother, Jimmy Arnold.
In addition to her parents, Maxine was preceded in death by her husband, Carl O. Louden; her son, Ralph Louden; her grandson, Ryan Sebree; her sisters, Eva Lipinski, Wanda Sprague, Linda Reynolds, Sue Shivley and Dorothy Proctor; and her brother, Calvin Arnold.
Services are 1 p.m. Monday, February 27, at Boultinghouse Funeral Home in Rockport, with Pastor Walter Phillips officiating. Burial will follow at Sunset Hill Cemetery in Rockport.
Visitation is 10 a.m. until 1 p.m. Monday at the funeral home.
