Santa Claus Police Department recently published a post on their Facebook page detailing more information regarding the Spencer County fugitives.
Following a pursuit Thursday evening along Interstate 64 and South onto US 231, the subjects fled from Indiana State Police. The SCPD was called in to assist after the vehicle had stopped along US 231 and its passengers had fled.
As of now, the search throughout Northern Spencer County is on-going, and multiple law enforcement agencies are focusing on the areas west of US 231, near the State Road 162 exit.
Residents in the area are encouraged to call 911 immediately if they locate anything suspicious on their property.
