Nicholas Lawrence Max, Jr., 77, of Grandview, passed away on Monday, December 6, 2021, at Owensboro Health Regional Hospital in Owensboro, Kentucky.
Nicholas was born on October 7, 1944, in Markham, Illinois to Nicholas and Josephine (Sidock) Max, Sr.
He was a Technical Engineer with Local 130 and a U.S. Army 101st Airborne Unit veteran. He was a member of Rockport American Legion Post No. 254.
He loved his dog, Ace.
Nicholas was preceded in death by his parents and a sister, Beverly.
He is survived by his wife, Karen K. (Bell) Max; a son, Nicholas Lawrence Max III (Jennifer); stepdaughters Tammy Adamic and Robyn Bryant; stepson Lonnie D. Howell (Chris); six step-grandchildren and 13 step-great-grandchildren; brother James Max; nephew Joshua Max and niece Denise Max.
