Norma B. Spoltore-Abraham, 88, of Argentina, passed away on September 26, 2020, at the home of her daughter in St. Meinrad.
She was born on June 26, 1932, in Buenos Aires, Argentina, daughter of the late Roberto and Catalina (Volonte) Spoltore.
In Argentina, she was an elementary/middle school teacher and enjoyed showing love to abandoned dogs and helping them find new homes. Norma loved family gatherings and had been staying with her daughter, who is a Spanish lecturer at St. Meinrad School of Theology.
Surviving are her daughter, Daniela Abraham Shollenberger (James); brother, Luis Spoltore; and grandson, Robert Shollenberger.
Besides her parents she was preceded in death by her husband, Roberto Abraham, and her brother, Roberto Spoltore.
She will be going home, to her native Argentina, where a Mass will be held in her memory.
