Norman Jerry Miller, 84, of Rockport, passed away on Monday, February 8, 2021 at Ascension St. Vincent Hospital in Boonville.
Norman was born in Rockport, on September 28, 1936, to the late Halleck and Thelma Grace (Suter) Miller.
Norman was a United States Navy Veteran and a member of Tell City American Legion Post No. 213
He had been a steel worker with Southern Ohio Fabricators.
In addition to his parents, Norman was preceded in death by his wife, Dora Miller; his children, Norman Miller, Marsha Kamuf, Marlyn Miller and Carlyn Miller; his grandson, Scotty Askins; his brothers, Floyd Miller and Gary Miller; and his sister, Jean Howell.
He is survived by his sister, Debbie Miller; sister-in-law, Nancy Miller; grandsons, Christopher Niles, Michael Kamuf and Larry Reisz; several great-grandchildren; nephews David Miller and Halleck Thorpe; niece, Billie Booth; and many extended family members.
Services are 1 p.m. Friday, February 12, at Boultinghouse Funeral Home in Rockport, with Pastor Carl Jones officiating. Burial will follow in Oak Grove Cemetery in Patronville. Tell City American Legion Post 213 will perform military honors.
