Dale hosted its second annual Carnival Latino this past weekend, filling the town park with spicy food and music as well as icy treats. The Carnival Latino is aimed at helping promote the heritage of the area’s latino residents, foster ties with the wider community and offer a taste of popular treats from South and Central America. As with several other cultural festivals in the area, there were also rides, games and other treats to make the evenings fun.
