DALE – Big changes are on the way for Dale Community Apartments, as the 52 housing units are seeing their first major refit since original construction during the 1980’s. The United States Department of Agriculture is financing the project, which includes the installation of new kitchens, bathrooms, flooring, ADA-accessibility upgrades and more.
