May’s first issue of the Spencer County Leader mentioned the efforts of Habitat for Humanity in building a new home for the Scott family.
Their current house, built in 1864, is not handicap accessible. However Habitat for Humanity, on May 14th, marked what will be the new residence for the Scott family.
