Downtown Rockport was alive on Saturday, with a variety of activities taking place, including a Block Party hosted by Amanda Rice, new owner of Rice n’ Ribbon, the bridal and formal-wear business her mother, Arna founded nearly 50 years ago. Mayor Don Winkler cut the ribbon to celebrate the grand re-opening, followed by a fashion show emceed by Judge Jon Dartt.
