St. Meinrad Rocks marked its 11th year over the weekend, filling the community park and nearby hills with energetic tunes and happy gatherings. St. Meinrad Cub Scout Troop 102 served as color guards for the welcoming ceremony Saturday morning as Phil the Excitement played the National Anthem. Food trucks, vendors, face painting and even a balloon artist ensured there was something for all ages as guests settled in for a long weekend of fun. Bands performed throughout both days, either on the main stage or in a smaller tent catering to those in the beer garden. Kids also made full use of the park’s playground and open spaces to enjoy the fair weather.
