Rita J. Mosby, 61, passed away in Evansville on August 24, 2022.
Rita was born on March 2, 1961, in Perry County, to Kenneth Dutschke and Dorothy “Dot” Hauser.
She enjoyed traveling, photography, going to church and spending time with family.
Surviving are her father, Walter “Wallie” Sanders; her husband, William Mosby of Lamar; her children, Kyle (Meredith) of Tennyson, Jay (Katelyn) of Evansville, Hannah of Lamar, Shane (Isabel) of Indianapolis and Leah of Evanston; her siblings, Carol (Danny) Kellems of Tell City, Kevin of Rocky Point, Ronnie (Sabine) of Clarksville, TN; and one grandchild, Bo.
Rita was preceded in death by her father, Kenneth Dutschke; her mother, Dorothy Sanders; and her brothers, Bill and Mark.
Services were held at Zoercher-Gillick Funeral Home on Monday, August 29, with Pastor Jeff French officiating. Burial followed in New Hope Cemetery in Newtonville.
